Q: Do you have all your listed items in stock?
A: Yes, we have everything we listed in stock. But for special large orders, please contact us first. We will
do everything we can to meet your requirements.
Q: How long should I expect my purchased items after I have paid for them?
A: Items will be shipped by airmail within 2 business days after payment is cleared. It will take about 14
business days, depending on destination. However, we ask our customers to understand that from time to time, some
customs hold shipments longer for check up, thus delay the shipment. We have no control over the delays.
Q: Can I place special orders?
A: Yes, we can take orders for some items. But it can take 8 to 10 weeks to get to the customer. A 50%
non-refundable deposit is required when you place your special orders. Full amount should be cleared prior to
shipping out your orders.
Q: Do you ship outside North America?
A: Yes, we ship to all counties and military bases by airmail.
Q: If I need something urgent, could you send by express mails?
A: Yes, we can send times the way our customers specify. However, required method shipping will be fully
charged to our customers.
Q: What if I do not want anyone to know what I am buying?
A: We respect our customers privacy. Any information collected is for the sole purpose of serving our
customers better. No information will be sold to or exchanged with other parties, unless required by law.
Q: What currencies do you accept?
A: All the listings are in US dollars. All payments need to be made in US dollars if you pay through Paypal.
If you mail your payment, it can be made in Canadian currency, and exchange rate applies.
